Technical Lead - Python & AI

Job description

We are looking for a Hands-on Python Engineering Lead who will play a pivotal role in the architecture, design, and implementation of our software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of engineering principles, the ability to write complex and efficient code, and a strong aptitude for solving business problems through technology. Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable and robust software solutions using Python. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions. Write high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code, and perform code reviews to ensure coding standards are met. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring the performance, scalability, and security of applications. Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for code, architecture, and system design. Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices to drive innovation within the team.

Describe Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Extensive experience as a software engineer with a strong focus on Python development. Proven expertise in software architecture and design principles. Strong understanding of engineering concepts, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns. Ability to write complex and optimized code, with a focus on performance and scalability. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and modern infrastructure. Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex business challenges through technology. Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership skills and experience mentoring junior engineers.
