
All Employee will be covered under provision of the Employee’s provident fund (PF) and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 and Employee’s Family Pension Scheme, 1971
Employee’s contribution i.e. 12% of the basic salary which will be deducted from employee’s salary as well as the employer’s contribution i.e. 12% of the basic part of salary will be deposited in the individual’s Provident fund account as per the above said Act.
All employees will be covered under the above mention act from the very first day of joining the Organisation.
