Quality Assurance Engineer @ Delhi

Job description

• Responsible for the overall quality of defined modules within Sales Applications • Report on the current status and development of the quality, performance and usability of responsible modules regularly • Determine the readiness, quality, and operability of responsible modules before deployment • Communicate test progress, test results and other relevant information • Responsible of developing test plans and scripts for tracking defects and fixes in future and ongoing product development within responsible modules • Analyse, reproduce and report software bugs, hotfixes and usability within responsible modules • Implementation of test cases, test plans and test scenarios using Selenium C#, Nunit and Selenium Grid. • Maintan Selenium Grid • Maintain QA Jenkins jobs • Create PLSQL scripts for test data preparation in Oracle database • Perform database tests using utPLSQL framework • Perform static tests based on PLSQL • Debug Oracle APEX logs and define workpackages for Developers • Perform manual acceptance criteria testing, highlight risks in usability, user experience and accessibility and evaluate future test automation opportunities. • Perform load and performance tests • Documentation of regression, usability and functional tests in Jira Xray • Collaboration with Product Management, Developers, Support Engineers and the Quality Assurance Team.

Describe Candidate Profile

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • High level of English (spoken and written) • Advanced skills in selenium and selenium grid • Advanced skills in C# • Excellent Oracle database and PL/SQL, SQL knowledge • Good understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript • Good understanding of GIT • Good knowledge of JMeter • Basic knowledge of Kibana or Grafana • Basic knowledge of Oracle APEX • Target-oriented, structured, self-dependent and proactive way of working and analytical thinking • Strong team player with high level of commitment and motivation • Good time management skills • Ability to work under pressure • At least 4 years of experience in test automation • Technical education (university) or similar practical experience • Atlassian product knowledge like Jira and Confluence • Agile methods in software development and SCRUM knowledge • ISTQB foundation qualified
