Job description

Project Planning from inception of the Project to handover the delivery.. It include planning the type of delivery ,coordinating it with all consultants such as the architect, civil etc., costing/ budgeting, construction planning and execution, tendering out different jobs and final handover according to the plan. Hiring of Architects to work on the project concept, hiring other consultants and working with them on concept drawings. Expertise in Running of Multiple projects with vast experience in handling over of projects. Plan & evaluate type of houses, designs etc. Interviewing Architect and other consultants and hiring them. Coordinating with them throughout the project lifecycle. Project budgeting and costing. BOQ maintenance. Tendering out different civil jobs, execution planning for in-house work. Effective coordination between civil /services work which results out in timely delivery of the project. Skilled in project planning encompassing development of project plan covering project scheduling & analyzing, contract administration, cost monitoring ,project execution. Expertise in swiftly ramping up projects with competent cross functional skills & on time execution. Excellent Project Management capability, superior problem solving ,teamwork & leadership ability. Astute leader with exemplary communication, relationship management & organizational skills. Reviewing detailed estimates of works & summaries of the total cost involved in the project. Managing all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities. ^
