Describe Candidate Profile
Propose development plans and strategies and get validation from senior management for developing aqua
business and achieving sales goals and overall budgeted PL of Evialis India Ltd.
Execute development plans and sales strategies, monitor and ensure achievement of these plans and
strategies.
Prepare and propose the annual budget for Evialis India Aqua business, get validation from senior management
and own and implement the PL.
Develop market intelligence around competition activities, products, market and prices trends, seasonality to
take informed decisions.
Take ownership and drive the GTM initiative for India Aqua business to increase our overall footprint.
Manage key accounts, dealers/distributors in assigned territory, ensure adequate sales and technical support
and management (Pre Sales & Post-Sales).
Ensure adherence of business terms and timely payment collection from customers.
In close collaboration with our Indian HR department build, train and lead a team of sales and technical people
Drive and control the overall import activities, ensure adequate stocks and inventory levels and liquidation in
line with sales forecasted.
Ensure necessary business and product registration and aligning the overall business as per Indian government
regulation for both import and well as local business.
Coordinate and organize product training/ webinars with the global team for employees
dealers/distributors/customer/
Cross coordination and timely providing information required by other departments - operations, execution,
finance, legal, compliance in line with the business
Ensure affiliations with the industry institutions, universities and consultants in the domain.
