Engineer – Electrical

Job description

1. Carry out the Automation, SPM / work on assigned projects by the superiors. 2. Schedule and required documents to be done from all related activities and installations 3. Process flow plan, design & execution of projects from manufacturing to production lines. 4. Troubleshooting of machine problems and provide the proper changes required to be make and update & Repair. 5. Ensure the selection of proper components for required project and creation of costing and marketing costing 6. Developing the PLC Program, HMI program, and testing the machines as per requirement 7. Understanding about usage of network related equipment’s which comes under automation requirement’s 8. Learn new skills and attend training programs in order to increase knowledge of trends and best practices in the industry 9. Provide safe working environment for members of staff, and ensure electricity induced accidents and mishaps are prevented 10. Purchase electrical fittings and components or supervise the staff charged with the responsibility 11. Supervise electrical works when new projects are undertaken 12. Support for new machinery installations and commissioning of the projects. 13. Understand the problems in machinery & systems pertaining Electrical design and coordinate with cross-functional teams for proactive solutions. 14. Set standards for Housekeeping, 6S, Safety and ensure safe working environment. 15. Handle any other activities assigned by superiors based upon the organizational requirements.
